RWH Myers & Company, LLC

William L. Myers, CPA, CMA, Partner, began his career in 1975 with Johnson, Atwater & Company, which was a leading provider of auditing services to underwriters, and became a Partner in 1978. In 1983 he co-founded Dempsey, Myers & Company, a CPA firm that was dedicated to providing loss accounting services to policyholders for 25 years. Bill founded RWH Myers & Company in February 2008.

Bill is a specialist in the preparation of unusually large or complex business interruption claims across the manufacturing, mining, retail and wholesale, and service industry sectors. He has performed loss accounting services for major corporations worldwide.

Bill developed proprietary computer claims software, which he designed specifically for business interruption loss determination and reporting. He is a nationally recognized expert in the loss accounting field and has served as an expert witness and trial consultant.


Sharon Pisko Wolfe, CPA, Partner in charge of the Milford, CT office. Prior to helping found RWH Myers & Company, Sharon began her career in 1990 with Matson, Driscoll & Damico. She joined Dempsey, Myers & Company in June 1995 and established the firm’s San Francisco office in 1998. Sharon was a Partner of that firm from January 1997 through December 2006.

Sharon has reviewed and prepared business interruption, property damage, product liability, and fidelity claims of varying complexity and size. She has also provided trial consulting services in major lawsuits involving business interruption and property claims. Sharon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


Glenn R. Rand, CPA, is the Partner in charge of the firm's Chicago office. Prior to helping found RWH Myers & Company, Glenn was a Partner of Dempsey, Myers & Company, where he began his career in 1993. He became a Partner in January 2002.

Glenn has prepared a variety of business interruption, property damage and fidelity claims. His industry experience includes hotel and casino, chemical and plastics, pulp and paper, retail clothing and other manufacturing. Glenn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.


Christopher B. Hess, CPA, CFE, is the Partner in charge of the firm's Pittsburgh office. Prior to helping found RWH Myers & Company, Chris was a Partner of Dempsey, Myers & Company. Chris has prepared and successfully resolved a variety of business interruption, property damage and fidelity claims, and performed forensic accounting and litigation support services for several major clients.

Chris's experience includes the preparation of many unusually large and complex property and business interruption claims, some of which exceeded $100 million. His industry experience includes basic materials manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, hotel and resort properties, and retail goods manufacturing. Chris is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


William A. Warren, CPA, is the Partner in charge of the firm's Atlanta office. Prior to helping found RWH Myers & Company, Bill was a Partner of Dempsey, Myers & Company. Bill joined Dempsey, Myers & Company in 1996 and became a Partner in January 2004. He has represented major corporations in North America and Europe in the analysis and presentation of complex loss of earnings, builder's risk and white-collar crime claims. Bill has worked with new and existing clients to study and report business interruption values and exposures. Bill has also provided expert services in appraisal and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters.

Bill has represented companies in a diverse range of business and industry, including manufacturing, forest products, food, chemical, financial and professional services, technology and communications, restaurants, real estate management and development, not-for-profit, distribution and retail. His experience includes the representation of several businesses that sustained losses from the terrorist attacks of September 11th, including a number of pro bono engagements. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of CPAs.
